A Note on Our Partnership

My ultimate goal isn't just to give you a temporary meal plan; it is to educate and empower you. During our work together, you won't just follow instructions—you will actually learn the mechanics of your own body, giving you the clarity and independence to maintain your health for a lifetime.

If your body changed the rules, let's learn the new ones together.

How We Work Together

  1. Initial Assessment: We begin by deeply evaluating your current eating habits, lifestyle, and unique health goals to understand where your body is today.
  2. Goal Setting:  Together, we will establish realistic, biologically sound objectives and develop an actionable, personalized plan to reach them.
  3. Education and Resources:  You will be equipped with the essential knowledge and practical tools needed to build momentum, understand your body, and stay highly motivated.
  4. Support and Accountability: Healing isn't a solo journey; I will provide ongoing feedback, clinical insight, and steady accountability to keep you confidently on track.
  5. Follow-Up:  We will consistently connect to monitor your progress, celebrate your milestones, and fine-tune your personalized protocol whenever necessary.

Common Questions

Q: Do you believe everyone should come off GLP-1 medication?

A:   No — and I never advise anyone to stop. Obesity is a chronic condition, and for many women long-term GLP-1 use is medically appropriate. Whether you stay on, adjust your dose, or transition off is a decision for you and your prescriber. My role starts after that decision is made: I work with women whose care team has decided it's time to transition, and with women staying on the medication who want to protect their muscle, bone, and nutrition while using it.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: No, we do not accept insurance at this time.

Q: Is this telehealth?
A: Yes, we primarily offer telehealth consultations so we can work together from anywhere. We also have in-person office visits available.

Q: How long does nutrition counseling take?
A: Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, meeting bi-weekly or monthly depending on their needs and goals.

Q: Can you work with my doctor?
A: Absolutely. I communicate regularly with your healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
